Dr. Victor Ekuta Matched into Residency and Participated in the APS Young Investigator Colloquium

Please join us in celebrating ADNI Scholar, Dr. Victor Ekuta on matching into the Neurology Residency Program at Morehouse School of Medicine! He will be a part of the 2nd class of residents entering this program.

On top of that, Dr. Ekuta was selected for and participated in the American Psychosomatic Society (APS) Young Investigator Colloquium in Brighton, United Kingdom on March 20th, 2024. The purpose of the Colloquium is to bring together the expertise of senior mentors paired with postgraduate “rising star” trainees of similar interests. The goal of the Colloquium is to contribute to the academic success of participants and give each attendee the opportunity to present their proposed research in order to receive productive feedback. While attending the Colloquium, Dr. Ekuta presented on his ADNI research project, titled Assessing the interactive effect of racial identity and cognitive function with brain structural changes (MRI) and neuroimaging biomarkers (PET amyloid)” along with his preliminary data for critique.
